FAQs:

IS THERE ANY CROSS CONTAMINATION WITH NON-VEGETARIAN OR AMINAL DERIVED INGREDIENTS?:
There is no cross contamination with any non-vegetarian products or animal derived ingredients in our canned beans. Some plants use well water, some use treated city water and some use a combination. Water is not filtered.

WHAT DOES IT MEAN THAT THE CANNED BEANS ARE “PREPARED”?:
All canned beans need to be soaked prior to processing. When they are soaked they absorb water and the word “prepared” is used to account for the water being absorbed in the soaking process.

WHAT TYPE OF WATER IS USED?:
We use well water that meets all the State regulations for the canned beans.
