Vanilla Whipped Cream

Directions
  1. In a large bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract on high until soft peaks form (about 3–4 minutes). Stop once the cream begins to thicken; do not over mix.
  2. Add the mascarpone and whip until well incorporated and peaks form.
  3. Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
