Extra Virgin Organic Olive Oil From Italy
The purity and quality of extra virgin organic olive oil from Italy gives it a smooth finish, unlike lower-grade oils, which may be bitter or acidic. One of the remarkable characteristics of this olive oil is its ability to enhance the flavors of any dish it touches. Whether you’re drizzling it over fresh garden salad or using it as a base for your homemade pesto sauce, its rich taste elevates every bite to new heights.

HOW IS THE CADIA® OLIVE OIL TESTED?:
The Olive Oil Testing Program provides that each production batch is tested through a IOC (International Olive Oil Council) official panel as well as by the packer, by the supplier and by their consultant. Only after having collected all the parties’ approvals the batch can be packed. In addition, samples of the olive oils are taken from shelf every month and tested by an official IOC panel.
