INGREDIENTS

2 cans (31 oz.)CADIA® Organic Garbanzo Beans, drained and rinsed

1 can (28 oz.) CADIA® Organic Crushed Tomatoes with Basil

2 Tbsp. CADIA® Organic Tahini

2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice

2 1/2 Tbsp. CADIA® Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1/4 tsp. cumin 1 clove of garlic, crushed

1/2 tsp. salt

DIRECTIONS

1. In a blender or food processor, blend the garbanzo beans.

2. Add tomatoes, olive oil, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, cumin and salt until the ingredients form a creamy, paste-like consistency.

4. Pour the mixture into a large serving bowl.

5. Cover and refrigerate for one hour. Serve with pita chips or a thinly sliced baguette.
