For topping 1 bag (10 oz.) Cadia® organic frozen strawberries

1 tablespoon organic sugar

For whipped cream: 1 cup organic heavy whipping cream

1/2 teaspoon organic pure vanilla extract

1 tablespoon sugar (optional)


Combine strawberries with sugar in a medium bowl and thaw for 3 hours. In a separate bowl, whisk together heavy whipping cream, vanilla extract and sugar to taste if desired. Whip until fluffy peaks form. Serve with strawberry topping over your favorite scone or shortbread.
